    Astora Group

    Work With Us

Astora Group builds and buys digital businesses. We're a small team of operators, and we're looking for more — not employees, partners.

Here's the model. We have a portfolio of assets and a pipeline of ideas. Each one needs someone to run it: someone who can market, distribute, and operate a small digital business like it's theirs. Because it will be — partly. Partner-builders get meaningful equity in the venture they run, typically 10–30%, vesting against milestones we agree together. We provide the asset, the capital, the playbook, and the infrastructure. You provide the distribution and the execution. We co-run it until you don't need us in the room.

    Who we're looking for

People who've built something. A newsletter that grew, a channel that took off, a product that sold, a community that showed up. Doesn't need to be big — needs to be real, and it needs to be yours.

People who understand distribution. You know how attention actually works in 2026 — organic search, social, email, communities, partnerships — and you've moved an audience with at least one of them.

People who are vocal. You post. You publish. You're visible somewhere — X, LinkedIn, YouTube, a blog, wherever. We're building businesses whose moat is distribution, and people who can't distribute themselves can't distribute a business.

People who want ownership, not a salary. There may be modest cash involved depending on the venture, but the prize is equity in something you run. If you're optimising for a monthly payslip, this isn't it.

How to apply — read this bit carefully

We don't accept CVs. We won't read them. A CV tells us where you've been sitting; it doesn't tell us whether you can move an audience.

Instead, send us a distribution plan. Pick a small digital business — one of ours, or an idea of your own — and show us how you'd take it to its first 1,000 customers, subscribers, or users. Format is up to you: a one-pager, a Notion doc, a Loom video, a thread. Whatever medium you're best in — that's information too.

A good plan answers three things: who the audience is, where they already gather, and what you'd do in the first 90 days to get in front of them. Budget assumptions welcome. Fantasy budgets are not.

The application is the audition. If the plan is sharp, we'll be on a call within a week.

    What happens next

We read every submission personally. If there's a fit, a call within 7 days. If the call goes well, we scope a venture together — either an existing portfolio asset that needs an operator, or a new build around your plan. Equity, milestones, and structure agreed up front, in writing, before anyone starts work.

No CVs. Send a distribution plan — that's the audition.
